I was very interested in a bid that was posted and very a short period of time to respond. The team at the Native PTAC, Merle, Mary Jo and Abby were an amazingly responsive and caring unit. Mary Jo was there every step of the way with me. She was there to review my proposal and would check in with between her meetings and after hours. I have never felt so supported. And on the day that I had to submit my proposal, I was experiencing email issues that Mary Jo asked Abby to get involved in. Abby was professional and caring! She was there to trouble shoot my issue and she was very successful. My proposal made it on time and she even checked in with me a few hours later to ensure its successful delivery. The Native PTAC team are the most supportive and caring team that I’ve ever worked with. I will continue to support and work them! Mary Jo and Abby made me a believer! I recommend them to everyone!!
